Happy Birthday Rimek, Who's Bum, Updates to the Site, & More!

Well the site has kicked off with a bang and we have so much more planned for the season ahead!  Stay tuned over the next few days for our first full interview with coach Holla and a special preseason workout video with Mac - who puts the fun back in staying fit!

Before we can get to that, we here at LakehillUnited.blogspot would like to congratulate our very own Scott Rimek on his 40th Birthday celebrated this weekend.  Rimmer was in fine form on the weekend as he celebrated with family and friends.

Speaking of fine form, it's time to play our very first [and possibly last] edition of Who's Bum.  A hint, he has a penchant for Hulksters.
